King Edward Medical University is a public clinical college situated in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Established in 1860, the college is named after King Edward VII. Laid out by the British Raj, named Lahore Medical School. After Pakistan’s freedom, King Edward Medical University turned into the main clinical school in the area and in 2005 turned into a sanction to grant degrees by its own doing. It has since gone through extension and administers seven tertiary reference emergency clinics including the Lady Willingdon Hospital.

King Edwards Medical University, Lahore
King Edwards Medical College was laid out in 1860 as the Lahore Medical College. It is the fifth oldest clinical school in South Asia. There are seven teaching hospitals partnered with the Kind Edwards Medical University including Mayo, Lady Willingdon, Lady Aitchison, Kot Khawaja Saeed, Nawaz Sharif, Said Mitha and Mian Munshi.
