New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Provisional Answer Keys, Scanned OMR Answer Sheets, and Recorded Responses for the NEET (UG) 2025 examination held on May 4, 2025. Candidates can now review these documents and, if necessary, submit challenges online by 11:50 PM IST on June 5, 2025.

Key Information:
- Access: Visit the official website at https://neet.nta.nic.in to view the answer keys and OMR sheets. Scanned copies of the OMR sheets have also been emailed to each candidate’s registered email address.
- Challenge Fees:
- Answer Key Challenge: ₹200 per question (non-refundable)
- OMR Response Challenge: ₹200 per question (non-refundable)
- Payment Methods: Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.

How to Challenge NEET 2025 Answer Key:
- Go to www.neet.nta.nic.in
- Click on "Apply for Answer Key Challenge(s)"
- Log in with your Application Number, Date of Birth, and Security Pin
- Select your Test Booklet Code
- Review the 180 questions (45 each from Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology)
- If you find a wrong answer key, select the option you believe is correct
- You can also upload proof (as a single PDF)
- Click ‘Save your Claim’ and proceed
- Review your selected questions and click ‘Save and Pay’
- Pay ₹200 per question using Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking
- Download the confirmation receipt
How to Challenge NEET 2025 OMR Response:
- Visit the NEET website and log in with your details
- Click on “OMR Challenge” in the left menu
- Select the question(s) where you think your marked answer was captured wrongly
- Choose the correct option you marked during the exam
- Scroll down, click on ‘Submit’
- Pay ₹200 per question as a processing fee
- Download/print the confirmation receipt
Note:
- A panel of experts will review all objections.
- If your challenge is correct, the answer key will be updated for everyone.
- The final result will be based on the revised answer key, expected by June 14, 2025.
- You won’t receive individual updates about your challenge status.
- No offline or late submissions will be accepted.
