The notice (No. AMRU/(COE)-Admission-121/2026-27(MDS)-5605) was issued on 21.09.2026 by the COE-cum-Member Secretary, Common Centralized and Prospectus Review Committee (MDS Course), AMRU, HP.

As per the official notice, the Merit List of MDS 2nd Round Counselling is now available, and all HP Quota candidates will be allowed to fill choices for Management Quota seats in Private Colleges as well — expanding the options available to eligible state-quota candidates.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Category/Reservation Claims: Candidates claiming the benefit of any reserved category or quota must ensure that all submitted certificates/documents are valid, updated, and in the prescribed format as specified in the Prospectus. Candidates are advised to get their documents updated or prepared in the correct format before the admission process begins.
• Consequence of Discrepancy: In case of any discrepancy, outdated or invalid certificate, or non-submission of the prescribed document, the candidate will not be entitled to claim the benefit of the respective category/quota.
• Verification Authority: The final eligibility/category claim will be subject to verification and approval by the Admission Committee of the concerned institute.
• Reporting to College: Candidates are advised to approach the allotted college/institute only after the declaration of the Final Seat Allotment and only after downloading the Provisional Allotment Letter from their candidate login.
• Important Note: Admission will not be considered without seat allocation through AMRU.
