Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Andhra Pradesh has issued a revised schedule for candidates seeking admission under the NRI and NRI Lapsed Category seats in MBBS and BDS courses for the 2026–27 academic session.

According to the official notice dated September 15, 2026, candidates who have already registered and are included in the Provisional Final Merit Position displayed on September 1, 2026 can upload the required NRI documents through their login until 2:00 PM on September 17, 2026, without paying any additional registration fee.

Candidates who had not registered earlier but now wish to apply for NRI category seats can complete fresh registration, fill the online application form and upload scanned original documents along with the required NRI declaration and supporting documents up to 2:00 PM on September 17 by paying a registration fee of ₹11,000.

The university has clarified that such newly registered candidates will be eligible only for NRI category seats mentioned in the notification and will not be eligible to opt for Category B seats.

Candidates who miss the regular registration deadline can register with a late fee of ₹31,000, comprising the regular ₹11,000 registration fee and an additional ₹20,000 late fee. This facility will remain available from 5:00 PM on September 17 until 3:00 PM on September 18, 2026.

The revised registration applies to NRI seats under Competent Authority Self-Financing seats in new Government Medical Colleges permitted from 2023–24 onwards, Management Quota Category B1, B2 and C (NRI) seats in private unaided minority and non-minority medical and dental colleges, and NRI seats in Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women, Tirupati.

NTRUHS has stated that all other terms and conditions mentioned in its earlier notification dated September 13, 2026 will remain unchanged. Candidates are advised to complete the registration and document upload process within the revised timeline.
