Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (Dr. NTR UHS), Vijayawada, has invited online applications for admission to BHMS (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery) courses under All India Quota (AIQ) seats in private unaided non-minority Homoeopathy colleges affiliated with the university for the academic year 2026-27.

Important Dates

Candidates can submit their online applications from 2:00 PM on September 17, 2026, to 9:00 PM on September 23, 2026. The application and processing fee is ₹2,500 plus applicable bank charges.

The university has also announced a temporary interruption in the application portal due to server maintenance. The online application will not be available from 8:00 PM on September 18 to 10:00 PM on September 20, 2026.

NEET UG 2026 Eligibility

Candidates must have qualified NEET UG 2026 with the prescribed qualifying percentile. The notification specifies a 50th percentile requirement for General/OC/EWS candidates, 45th percentile for General-category PwD candidates, and 40th percentile for SC/ST/BC candidates and specified PwBD categories.

For BHMS admission, candidates must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Biotechnology.

Age Limit

Applicants must have completed 17 years of age by December 31, 2026. Candidates born on or after January 1, 2010, are not eligible. The notification states that there is no upper age limit.

Participating BHMS Colleges and Seats

The notification lists four private unaided non-minority BHMS colleges with 15 AIQ seats each, based on the previous academic year's seat information. The final number of AIQ seats permitted for 2026-27 will be displayed before counselling.

• KKC Homoeopathy Medical College, Parameswara Mangalam, Puttur, Chittoor District – 15 AIQ seats
• ASR Homoeopathic Medical College, Prathipadu, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District – 15 AIQ seats
• Sri Adi Shiva Sadguru Ali Saheb Shivaaryula Homoeopathic Medical College, Guntakal – 15 AIQ seats

The tuition fee structure for 2026-27 will be as fixed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Selected candidates are also required to pay a University fee of ₹8,600 while downloading the allotment order online.

No Domicile Requirement

The notification states that all AIQ seats are open in nature and candidates do not need to submit a domicile certificate for admission, as per the directions issued by the Ministry of Ayush.
