The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Government of Assam, has released the Provisional Selection List of candidates for Round 3 of Assam NEET UG 2026 counselling. The list is for admission into the first year of MBBS and BDS courses for session 2026 in the government medical and dental colleges of Assam. It covers the Assam State Quota and is given in the form of the Assam NEET UG-2026 Provisional Merit List.

What the selection list contains

• The list runs to 162 pages and has 3,270 entries, arranged in order of Assam state rank. It starts with a candidate with NEET UG All India Rank 4045 (score 626) and ends with an entry with All India Rank 1187123 (score 178).
• Each entry gives the serial number, registration list serial number, NEET roll number, NEET UG rank, score, DME application number, state rank, name of the candidate, category, sub category, special category, code, quota and college name.
• About 1,500 entries show “NA” in the selection details, which the notice defines as “Choice Not available”.
