BFUHS Restores 4 Candidate's Candidature for Punjab NEET UG State Quota

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot has issued a public notice dated September 2, 2026, announcing the restoration of candidature of four candidates who had earlier been debarred from consideration under the 85% Punjab State Quota seats for NEET UG 2026 counselling.

The decision follows representations submitted by the concerned candidates and subsequent verification of relevant records received from the respective States/UTs. After reviewing the records, the university has restored their candidature for consideration against the 85% Punjab State Quota seats.

However, BFUHS clarified that restoration of candidature is subject to fulfillment of all other applicable eligibility conditions, rules and regulations governing the counselling process.

The notice was issued by the Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, in continuation of the university's earlier public notices dated August 28 and August 29, 2026.
