To ensure a smooth and stress-free exam day, candidates must strictly follow the guidelines outlined below. Adhering to these instructions will help you stay calm, organized, and focused throughout the examination process.
Essential Exam Day Guidelines for NEET UG 2025
1. Reach the Examination Centre on Time

Arrive between 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM as per the time mentioned on your admit card.

Authorities will not permit entry after 1:30 PM under any circumstances.

Plan your route in advance and account for possible delays.
2. Carry the Required Documents
Ensure you bring the following items:

NEET UG 2025 Admit Card with a recent passport-size photograph pasted on it

Valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar card, PAN card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID)

One additional passport-size photograph (same as on the admit card)
-
Completed self-declaration form, if applicable
3. Follow the Prescribed Dress Code

Wear light clothing with half sleeves.

Avoid clothes with large buttons, embroidery, brooches, or badges.

Slippers or sandals with low heels are allowed; do not wear shoes.
4. Bring Only Permitted Items
Candidates may carry:

A transparent water bottle

A transparent ballpoint pen (black or blue)

Admit card and ID proof

Personal hand sanitizer (up to 50 ml) and face mask
5. Leave These Items at Home
You must not bring:

Bags, books, notes, or extra stationery

Electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, Bluetooth gadgets, or earphones

Food items or snacks
6. Stay Focused and Confident

Get adequate rest the night before the exam.

Eat a light and nutritious breakfast on exam day.

Arrive at the centre early to avoid last-minute stress.
