Candidates Can Verify Their Profile and Rectify Defects Till 10th May
The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has announced that candidates who applied for KEAM 2026 can now verify their application profiles and correct any defects through the official candidate portal.
According to the notification issued by the Government of Kerala, applicants for Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture, Medical and Medical Allied courses can log in to the KEAM 2026 Candidate Portal using their Application Number and Password to review their submitted details.
Candidates are allowed to verify important information such as nativity, reservation status, fee concession claims, name, photograph and signature. Any defects or missing details can be viewed under the “Memo Details” section available on the profile page.
CEE has instructed candidates to upload valid supporting documents online to rectify errors related to application details, reservation claims, fee concessions, photographs, signatures, or other discrepancies. The deadline for making corrections is May 10, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
Candidates who notice differences in their name, photo, or signature displayed in the profile page can also report the issue via email to ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in with the subject line “profile defect” before the deadline.
The notification further clarified that documents sent through any mode other than the KEAM 2026 Candidate Portal will not be accepted for fresh claims.
CEE also reminded applicants that only candidates recognized as “Keralite” are eligible for communal or special reservations and fee concessions. Therefore, candidates must rectify nativity-related defects if they wish to claim such benefits.
Additionally, the authority stated that only candidates who qualify in the Engineering entrance examination and submit their Plus Two marks within the prescribed time will be included in the Engineering rank list. Similarly, only candidates qualifying in the Pharmacy entrance examination will be included in the Pharmacy rank list.
Candidates applying under the NRI quota will receive a separate opportunity later to correct defects related to NRI eligibility.
For further assistance, candidates may contact the KEAM helpline at 0471-2332120.
The official notification was issued from Thiruvananthapuram on April 27, 2026 by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala.
