Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has declared the Round 3 result for MBBS (Code 103) under NEET UG 2026 for the academic session 2026-27. The result was announced on October 6, 2026, along with the schedule of activities that allotted candidates must follow.

GGSIPU MBBS Round 3 Schedule 2026

  • Payment of part academic fee (Rs 96,000 for MBBS): After declaration of result till October 9, 2026, 11:00 pm. Payment can be made through net banking, credit card or debit card.
  • Online post-allotment document verification: After the result and payment of part academic fee till October 13, 2026, 2:00 pm. The university will verify the documents of allotted candidates who have paid the part fee.
  • Printing of provisional seat allotment: After document verification till October 14, 2026, 2:00 pm.
  • Reporting to the allotted institute: October 13 to October 14, 2026, up to 4:00 pm. Reporting is mandatory for seat confirmation.

Important Instructions for Allotted Candidates

  • Candidates must check their result through their own account login. No personal intimation will be sent in person or by mail.
  • Candidates who do not pay the part academic fee will lose their claim to the allotted seat and will not be considered in any subsequent round of counselling.
  • Candidates must physically report to the allotted institute and join the seat. Anyone who does not report will be eliminated from further rounds of counselling.
  • Once a candidate joins the allotted seat after Round 3, he or she will not be eligible to resign or surrender the joined seat.
  • Candidates must also submit their willingness (Freeze or Float) in their login.
  • Part academic fee paid for one programme will not be adjusted against any other programme.
  • Provisional admission will not be given in result-awaited, compartment or supplementary cases.
  • Candidates should regularly check their login for queries raised during document verification and respond within the stipulated time. Failure to respond may lead to cancellation of the seat, and no separate intimation will be given.
  • Participating institutes have been directed to treat all Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted holidays as working days.

Category and Region Rules

  • Seats are allotted in the category and region claimed by the candidate at the time of registration. Documents are checked afterwards, and a seat allotted on the basis of a wrong region or invalid reserved category documents will be cancelled.
  • Candidates claiming the Delhi region must have passed both Class 11 and Class 12 from institutes located in Delhi.
  • The 27% OBC reservation is available only to candidates holding an OBC (Delhi) certificate. If the OBC certificate was issued on or before March 31, 2026, an OBC-NCL certificate issued on or after April 1, 2026 must also be uploaded.
  • EWS certificates must be issued after March 31, 2026, and EWS reservation applies only to unreserved category candidates.
  • Candidates claiming Defence or Army reservation must upload the required undertaking or appendix.
  • Reserved category candidates whose documents are not in order will lose the reservation benefit and will be converted to the General category.

What Happens to Vacant Seats

Seats that remain vacant or unallotted after Round 3, along with seats vacated due to non-reporting or withdrawal of admission, will be considered for the Stray Vacancy Round of counselling.
