The Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC), Government of Gujarat, has issued an advertisement for the 4th online (stray vacancy) round registration for admission to the 1st year of Ayurved (BAMS) and Homoeopathy (BHMS) courses for the academic year 2026-27. The office of the committee is at GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar.

The round covers admission to Ayurved and Homoeopathy courses in Government, Grant-in-aid and Self-financed colleges.

• Online PIN purchase from the website of the admission committee: 03/11/2026 to 05/11/2026, 3:00 PM
• Online registration: 03/11/2026 to 05/11/2026, 5:00 PM
• Document verification and submission of photocopies of documents at help centre: 06/11/2026, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Who Can Register

Registration and document verification in this round are for candidates who:

• Have not registered in Round 1, Round 2 or Round 3, or
• Were allotted a seat in Round 2, but the admission was not confirmed (exited with forfeiture of the refundable security deposit) and who did not register in Round 3.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have:

• Passed the 12th standard (Science Stream with B / AB Group) from the Gujarat Board, or from a school in Gujarat affiliated to the Central Board, the Council of Indian School Certificate Examination, Cambridge University or the National Institute of Open Schooling.
• Qualified with an All India Rank in NEET UG 2026.
• Met the admission rules of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Gujarat, and the respective council.

Registration Fee

• The PIN can be bought online on www.medadmgujarat.org.
• The payment is Rs 1,000 (non-refundable) plus Rs 10,000 (refundable security deposit), a total of Rs 11,000.

Document Verification

• After online registration, candidates must take prior appointment for document verification and submission of self-attested photocopies at a help centre.
• Candidates can select the date and help centre themselves at the time of printing the registration slip.
• Help centre guidance is available on the committee website, www.medadmgujarat.org.

Important Instruction

• Candidates who were allotted a seat in BAMS or BHMS in the third round will not be able to do fresh registration in this round.
