The Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC), Government of Gujarat, has commenced the online registration process for admission to first-year MBBS and BDS programmes for the 2026-27 academic session. The admission process covers Government, Grant-in-Aid, and Self-Financed Medical and Dental colleges across Gujarat. Eligible NEET UG 2026 candidates can complete the registration process through the official admission portal.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission must fulfill the following requirements:

• Passed Class 12 (Science Stream with B Group or AB Group) from the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB), or
• Passed Class 12 from a school located in Gujarat affiliated with CBSE, CISCE (ICSE), Cambridge University, or the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).
• Qualified NEET UG 2026 and secured a valid All India Rank (AIR).
• Satisfy the eligibility conditions prescribed by the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Gujarat, and the respective admission authority.

Registration Process

Candidates must first purchase an online PIN through the official admission portal before filling out the application form.

Registration Fee

• Registration Fee (Non-Refundable): ₹1,000
• Refundable Security Deposit: ₹10,000
• Total Amount Payable: ₹11,000

After completing the online application, applicants must book an appointment for document verification at a designated Help Center. During the verification process, candidates are required to carry the original documents along with self-attested photocopies. The preferred Help Center and appointment date can be selected while printing the registration slip.
