The Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Education Courses (ACPUGMEC), Government of Gujarat, has released the schedule for the first round of online choice filling for MBBS and BDS admissions for the academic year 2026-27. The notice, issued from the committee's office at GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar, applies to all eligible candidates included in the ACPUGMEC merit list for Government Seats, Management Seats, and NRI Seats across Government, Grant-in-Aid, and Self-Financed medical and dental colleges in the state.

Candidates whose names appear in the ACPUGMEC merit list should log in to the official portal within the choice-filling window and arrange their preferred colleges and courses in order of priority before the deadline. Since choices, once locked after the window closes, form the basis for seat allotment, candidates are advised not to wait until the last moment and to double-check their preference order before final submission.
