Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHS), Rohtak has released the physical document verification schedule for the MBBS/BDS stray round for the academic session 2026-27. The public notice (No. UHSR/Acad./A-III/2026/10009) is dated October 24, 2026.

Who needs to appear

Physical document verification is for candidates who have been provisionally allotted seats in the stray round and have deposited the applicable tuition fee through the admission web portal. The schedule applies to MBBS and BDS courses.

• Date of Document Verification: 26.10.2026
• Allocated Category: All Categories
• Reporting Time: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (no candidate will be allowed to report after 2:00 PM)
• Online Deposit of Provisional Tuition Fee: 24.10.2026 to 25.10.2026 (up to 11:59 PM), through the admission web portal only
• On Spot Joining/Reporting in the Allotted Institutions: 26.10.2026 (up to 4:00 PM)
• Venue: Sushruta Auditorium, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak

Important instructions for candidates

• Candidates must appear in person with their relevant original documents. Otherwise, their candidature will not be considered.
• Candidates should check Public Notice No. UHSR/Acad./2026/A-III/7949 dated 28.08.2026 and Public Notice No. UHSR/Acad./2026/A-III/8200 dated 09.09.2026 for the list of documents required at the time of physical verification.
• BCA/BCB category candidates must bring a non-creamy layer certificate as per the Government of Haryana notification dated 16.07.2024, issued on or after 01.04.2026.
• OSC/SC-D/ESM/FF/EWS/PwBD category candidates must bring their latest caste/category certificate as per the Government of Haryana notification dated 27.08.2026 and public notices issued from time to time.
• Candidates should regularly visit the admission web portal, https://uhsrugcounselling.com, for updates.
