Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHS), Rohtak, has released the tentative Haryana NEET UG 2026 stray round schedule for MBBS and BDS admissions. The public notice is dated October 16, 2026. It covers government, government-aided and private medical and dental colleges in Haryana, including SGT University (Gurugram), Maharishi Markandeshwar University (Ambala), Al-Falah University (Faridabad) and Sanskaram School of Medical Sciences (Jhajjar).

Haryana NEET UG 2026 Stray Round Schedule

Document verification will be held at the Sushruta Auditorium, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. It is for candidates who have been provisionally allotted a seat and have paid the provisional tuition fee through the admission web portal.

Who Can Participate in the Stray Round?

Registered candidates who did not get a seat in Rounds 1, 2 and 3 can take part, and the choice option will appear in their login. Candidates who registered for Round 1, 2 or 3 do not need to register again.

The following candidates cannot participate:

• Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 3 of the state counselling
• Candidates who have already joined a seat allotted up to Round 3 in any All India or state counselling, even if they resign later

Security Deposit for the Stray Round

All candidates, whether already registered or newly registered, must pay a security deposit online through their login on the admission portal:

• ₹10,000 (₹5,000 for SC/SCD/BCA/BCB/EWS/PwBD candidates of Haryana) for State Quota seats in government and private medical or dental colleges
• ₹5 lakh for candidates who also want State Quota or Management Quota seats in private medical colleges, including private universities

Candidates who do not pay the required amount will not be considered for the stray round. A candidate who pays a deposit in Round 2 or 3 but gets no seat must pay the balance amount again for the stray round.

Key Rules for Candidates

• Fresh choices are mandatory: Choices filled in Rounds 1, 2 and 3 are treated as null and void.
• Deposit adjustment: If a candidate joins the allotted seat, the security amount is adjusted against the first-year tuition fee.
• Forfeiture: A candidate who is allotted a seat as per their preference but does not join will forfeit the deposit and cannot take part in any later round. The deposit is also forfeited if wrong information is given during registration and the seat is cancelled at document verification, or if required documents are not produced.
• Refund: The deposit of candidates who are not allotted any seat in Round 2, Round 3 or the stray round is returned after counselling ends.
• Vacant reserved seats: As per the Haryana government notification dated August 27, 2026, vacant seats in reserved categories revert to their original category as per the state reservation policy and are filled as per merit.

What Candidates Should Do

• Register or log in at uhsrugcounselling.com between October 17 and 19, 2026.
• Pay the security deposit, fill fresh choices and lock them before 11:59 PM on October 19.
• Pay the provisional tuition fee between October 21 and 23, 2026 if you are allotted a seat.
• Report for document verification on October 24 and join by 4:00 PM on October 26, 2026.
