Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHS), Rohtak, has released the schedule for physical document verification for MBBS and BDS Round 3 admissions for the 2026-27 session. The public notice (No. UHSR/Acad./A-III/2026/9433) is dated October 12, 2026.

Who Must Appear for Document Verification

Candidates who were provisionally allotted a seat in Round 3 and deposited the applicable provisional tuition fee through the admission web portal must appear before the admission committee. This covers two groups:

• Candidates marked “Allotted” in Round 3 who have successfully deposited the applicable provisional tuition fee
• Candidates marked “Upgraded” in Round 3 who have successfully deposited the applicable provisional tuition fee (if any)

Candidates with “No Change” in college, course or category in Round 3 do not need to appear before the admission committee.

Category-Wise Document Verification Schedule

Candidates must follow the timeline on the given dates. No reporting will be accepted after 2:00 PM.

• Provisional tuition fee payment: October 12 to October 14, 2026, up to 8:00 PM, online through the admission web portal only
• Document verification: October 15 and 16, 2026
• Last date of reporting at the allotted institutes: October 17, 2026, up to 4:00 PM

Venue

Document verification will be held at the Sushruta Auditorium, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. Candidates must appear in person with their relevant original documents. Otherwise, their candidature will not be considered.

Certificate Requirements

• BCA/BCB candidates must bring a non-creamy layer certificate as per the Government of Haryana notification dated July 16, 2024, issued on or after April 1, 2026.
• OSC/SC-D/ESM/FF/EWS/PwBD candidates must bring their latest caste/category certificate as per the Government of Haryana notification dated August 27, 2026, and public notices issued from time to time.
