Haryana NEET UG Round 1 Provisional Merit List & Seat Allotment Released
The Department of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana, has released the Round 1 provisional merit list-cum-seat allotment result for candidates seeking admission to MBBS and BDS courses for the academic session 2026-27.
The provisional list, released on September 2, 2026, includes candidates participating in Haryana NEET UG counselling for seats in government, government-aided and private medical and dental colleges across the state. The counselling also covers participating private universities, including SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram, Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Sadhopur, Ambala; Al-Falah University and Sanskaram School of Medical Sciences, Jhajjar.
Vanya Mittal Secures Top Rank
A total of 6,991 candidates have been included in the Round 1 provisional list. Vanya Mittal, who secured All India Rank (AIR) 690 with a NEET UG 2026 score of 665 marks, has topped the provisional allotment list.
She has been provisionally allotted an MBBS seat at Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (PGIMS), Rohtak, under the Open category.
Key Details
Out of the 6,991 candidates listed:
- 2,707 candidates have been provisionally allotted seats.
- 2,176 candidates have received MBBS seats.
- 531 candidates have been allotted BDS seats.
- 4,284 candidates remain unallotted in Round 1.
The allotment has been prepared based on candidate's NEET UG 2026 rank and score, category, choices/preferences submitted online, available seat matrix and the applicable Haryana government admission guidelines for the 2026-27 academic session.
Provisional Result; Grievance Facility Available
DMER Haryana has clarified that the Round 1 allotment result is provisional and subject to change. Candidates cannot claim a right over the provisionally allotted seat at this stage.
Candidates who find any discrepancy in their allotment or merit details can submit their objections through the online admission portal under the “Grievances” section. The grievance submission facility is available until 12:30 PM on September 2, 2026.
