The public notice, dated September 24, 2026 (No. UHSR/Acad/A-III/2026/8174), applies to Government, Government-Aided and Private Medical/Dental colleges in Haryana - including SGT University (Gurugram), Maharishi Markandeshwar University (Ambala), Al-Falah University (Faridabad), and Sanskaram School of Medical Sciences under Sanskaram University.

Haryana Round 3 Counselling 2026: Important Dates

Who Can Participate in Round 3

• Registered candidates who were not allotted a seat in Round 1 & 2
• Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1/2 but haven't joined
• Candidates who have joined a seat but wish to upgrade

Candidates already registered for Round 1/2 do not need to register again, but choices from earlier rounds are treated as null and void — fresh choices must be filled for Round 3.

Security Amount Details

• State Quota (Govt./Govt.-Aided colleges only): ₹10,000 (₹5,000 for SC/SCD/BCA/BCB/EWS/PwBD of Haryana)
• State Quota + Management Quota (Private Medical/Dental colleges incl. private universities): ₹1,00,000

The security amount is adjusted against first-year tuition fee upon joining, but is forfeited if a candidate is allotted a seat and fails to join, or fails document verification due to incorrect information.
