Himachal Pradesh has released the revised provisional seat vacancy for NEET UG 2026 Round 2 MBBS/BDS counselling. A total of 333 seats are listed, while final seat allocation will be released on September 16.

HP NEET UG Round 2 Revised Provisional Seat Vacancy Released; Final Allotment on September 16

Atal Medical & Research University (AMRU), Himachal Pradesh has released the revised provisional seat vacancy position for MBBS and BDS Round 2 Counselling 2026. The revised vacancy list is dated September 15, 2026 and covers seats available across government and private medical and dental colleges in the state.

According to the official notice, the Final Seat Allocation List for MBBS/BDS Round 2 counselling will be released on September 16, 2026, along with the Provisional Allotment Letter. Candidates have been advised to report to their allotted colleges only after the final seat allocation list and allotment letter are issued.

The revised matrix shows 333 provisional vacancies across 11 medical and dental institutes. Among them, Maharishi Markandeshwar Medical College, Kumarhatti has the highest number of vacancies with 96 MBBS seats, including 22 HP quota, 51 management quota and 23 NRI quota seats.

The list also includes vacant seats at Himachal Institute of Dental Sciences, Paonta Sahib; Bhojia Dental College, Nalagarh; Himachal Dental College, Sundernagar; Government Dental College, Shimla; Indira Gandhi Medical College, Shimla; Dr. Radhakrishnan Government Medical College, Hamirpur, SLBS Government Medical College, Ner Chowk; Dr. Rajendra Prasad Government Medical College, Tanda, Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Government Medical College, Chamba and Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar Government Medical College, Nahan.

AMRU has clarified that the vacancy position is provisional. Additional seats may become available due to upgradation or withdrawal of candidates during Round 2. Candidates are therefore advised to fill their choices according to their actual preferences rather than relying only on the currently displayed vacancies.
