NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur has commenced applications for its two-year Executive MBA (E-MBA) programme for the 2025-27 batch. Designed to offer flexibility, the programme features a blended learning model with 60% online and 40% offline sessions. The registration deadline is February 21, 2025.

IIM Kashipur will conduct offline sessions at its campus, providing candidates with opportunities for in-person learning and networking. Interested candidates can apply through the official website, iimkashipur.ac.in.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree recognized by the UGC or AIU with the following minimum aggregate scores:

• 50% for General category

• 47% for NC-OBC category

• 45% for SC, ST, and DAP categories

Additionally, applicants must possess a minimum of three years of managerial, entrepreneurial, or professional experience post-graduation.

Selection Process: IIM Kashipur seeks candidates from diverse industries and professional backgrounds. The selection process requires a valid CAT or GMAT score from the past two years. Alternatively, candidates can opt to take the Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT) conducted by IIM Kashipur.

Shortlisted candidates will participate in a Personal Interview (PI) round, where the institute will assess their leadership skills. The final merit list will consider CAT, GMAT, or EMAT scores, academic performance, work experience, and PI results.

Programme Highlights: The E-MBA curriculum integrates management theory with practical applications. Participants will develop expertise in key areas such as marketing, business analytics, strategy, finance, leadership, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation.
