NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur has opened registrations for the second cohort of its Senior Executive Programme, with classes set to begin in June 2025.

Interested candidates can apply for the eight-month management programme by visiting the official website at vcnow.in/iimr-executive-certificate-programme-ceos-leadership-peak.

Themed “Leadership at Peak,” the programme is developed in collaboration with VCNow. It is tailored for emerging CEOs, senior management professionals, and high-potential business leaders.

“Leadership is a phenomenon that is experienced, practised, and refined through real-world dealings,” said Ram Kumar Kakani, Director of IIM Raipur. “For those at the pinnacle of their professional journeys, impactful leadership requires more than theoretical frameworks. Participants will learn directly from leadership masters, gaining a unique opportunity to witness leadership in action—from vision to execution.”

Eligibility and Curriculum

The Senior Executive Programme is open to working professionals with over 10 years of experience in senior management roles.

Classes will be conducted online every Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Participants will also engage in four days of on-campus learning, offering a taste of campus life.

The curriculum will cover leadership roles, theories, types, and value systems, as well as the complexities of business communication and organizational dynamics.

The institute highlighted that professionals grappling with “digital transformation, managing a multigenerational workforce, navigating the gig economy, or addressing environmental volatility” will find the programme particularly valuable.
