New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has postponed the release of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2025 admit card to May 12. The admit card will be available online at 10 AM on the official website - jeeadv.ac.in.

Steps to Download the JEE Advanced 2025 Admit Card

1. Visit the official website: https://jeeadv.ac.in
2. Click on “Download JEE Advanced 2025 Admit Card”
3. Enter your registration number, date of birth, mobile number and email ID
4. Your admit card will appear on the screen
5. Download it and take a printout for future reference

Aspirants can complete their registration of JEE Advanced 2025 from April 23 to May 2. The exam is scheduled to be held on May 18 for admission to engineering and architecture programs at the IITs.

This year, 2,50,236 students have qualified to apply for JEE Advanced 2025; the lowest number in the past six years.

Recently, the Supreme Court dismissed a plea filed by 18 students who cleared Class 12 in 2023 and requested permission to appear for JEE Advanced 2025.

Earlier, the Court had allowed only those students who dropped out between November 5 and 18, 2023 to take the exam. The petitioners were seeking the restoration of a third attempt at JEE Advanced, claiming it was introduced and later withdrawn without proper notice.
