KEA announces final extension for UGCET-UGNEET 2025 Round 2 seat allotment.

Bengaluru: KEA has released a revised schedule for UGCET-UGNEET 2025 Round 2 seat allotment, providing candidates with a final extension to complete required activities. The authority has confirmed that this is the final opportunity, and no further extensions will be granted.

Key Highlights of the Revised Schedule

1 Display of seat matrix (Choice 3, Choice 4, forfeited, cancelled, newly added, if any). Payment of caution deposit of ₹1,00,000 for medical seats (refer to separate notification). Extended up to 1:00 PM on 26.08.2025
2 Rearrangement of options (modify/delete/re-order). Eligible candidates can also enter options for Ayurveda courses. Candidates wishing to surrender their first-round allotted seats (Choice 1, Choice 2) must do so in person at KEA, Bengaluru, on or before 26.08.2025 by 11:00 AM. Penalty rules will apply. 26.08.2025 (Deadline)
3 Publication of second round seat allotment Mock/Provisional results 29.08.2025 after 1:00 PM
4 Publication of second round seat allotment Final results Will be notified later

Important Notes for Candidates

  • For UGCET courses (Engineering, Architecture, Agricultural Science, Veterinary, Pharmacy, B.Sc. Nursing, Yoga & Naturopathy, BPT, BPO, Allied Health Sciences), candidates can opt only for Choice 1 or Choice 4 after the second round results.
  • Choice 2 and Choice 3 options are not available.
  • Candidates opting for Choice 1 must pay the fee and report to the college. They will also be allowed to participate in the third round, subject to agreement and conditions.

The KEA has urged candidates to strictly adhere to the revised schedule and instructions, as this is the final extension and no further relaxation will be granted.
