The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the notification for the UGNEET-2026 Second Round Seat Allotment – Provisional Results – Choice-4 – Final Results for admission to Medical and Dental courses.

According to the notification dated September 6, 2026, eligible candidates can participate in the second round of seat allotment based on their first-round status and choices. Candidates who selected Choice-2 or Choice-3, those who were not allotted a seat in Round 1 and eligible Choice-4 candidates may participate, subject to seat availability.

KEA NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Key Dates

• Option Entry Begins: September 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM
• Option Entry Ends: September 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM
• Candidates must log in, prioritize their options, save and submit them before the deadline.
• Candidates are advised to retain a printout of their finally submitted options.

Provisional & Final Results

KEA stated that the provisional second-round seat allotment results will be announced later. The final results will be published after the Choice-04 seats are consolidated and the second-round allotment is re-run based on the options already entered. No changes in options will be permitted at that stage.

Candidates allotted seats in the final results will have to select Choice-1, pay the prescribed fees, download the seat confirmation slip and report to the allotted college according to the schedule that will be announced.
