The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has opened the online facility for UGNEET 2026 qualified candidates seeking admission to Medical, Dental and AYUSH courses in Karnataka. Candidates who have already registered for UGCET-2026 must link their UGNEET 2026 roll number through the KEA portal to become eligible for the admission process.

NEET Roll Number Linking Process

Candidates who have already applied for UGCET-2026 are required to log in to the KEA portal using their existing credentials and enter their UGNEET 2026 roll number. KEA has clarified that fresh registration is not permitted for these candidates.

The roll number linking facility is available from 7:00 PM on 30 July 2026 to 11:00 AM on 5 August 2026. However, candidates should note that the KEA servers will remain unavailable on 2 August 2026 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon due to scheduled maintenance.

Eligibility for Admission

Candidates who have secured the minimum qualifying marks or above in UGNEET 2026 are eligible to apply for admission to:

• MBBS
• BDS
• Ayurveda
• Unani
• Homoeopathy

KEA has also clarified that the relaxed UGNEET eligibility criteria for SC, ST and OBC candidates are applicable only to candidates domiciled in Karnataka.

Verification Slip and Application Form

Candidates who have already completed UGCET-2026 registration should verify that their UGNEET roll number is correctly printed in their application and download the updated application form from the KEA website.

Since the required documents have already been verified online for UGCET-2026, no separate document verification will be conducted, and no fresh claims or changes will be accepted during this process.
