Important Update for CBSE, CISCE & State Board Students
The Karnataka Examinations Authority has released an important update regarding the submission of 12th standard marks for students appearing in UGCET 2026.
According to the official notice, candidates from CBSE, CISCE, and other state boards who have passed their Class 12 examination must update their marks through the KEA portal immediately. The authority has clarified that marks will be fetched automatically through DigiLocker integration.
Automatic Mark Fetching Through DigiLocker
KEA informed students that they must log in to the CET online portal and provide DigiLocker permission so their 12th standard marks can be automatically retrieved and used for merit determination.
Candidates should note that:
- Manual entry of marks is not allowed
- Physical copies of marks cards should not be submitted to KEA
- DigiLocker verification is compulsory for eligible students

Students must first log in to DigiLocker and download their Class 12 marksheet.
Step 2: Login to KEA CET Portal
After DigiLocker verification, students must log in to the KEA portal:
