The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has published the UGNEET 2026 round 3 final seat allotment lists for both medical (MBBS) and dental (BDS) courses. Both lists are dated October 6, 2026.
KEA MBBS Round 3 Final Allotment 2026: Key Highlights
- A total of 5,032 candidates have been allotted MBBS seats in round 3.
- The first allotment in the list is to the candidate with All India Rank 3734, who has been allotted Bangalore Medical College under the government seat category (GM) with a course fee of Rs 64,350.
- The last allotment in the list is for All India Rank 1,192,782, who has been allotted a private seat at Srinivasa Institute of Medical Research Center, Mangalore, under the OPN category.
- Seats have been allotted across MBBS-Govt., MBBS-Priv., MBBS-MNG (management) and MBBS-NRI categories.

- Not Upgraded: 3,284 candidates
- Upgraded: 975 candidates
- Newly Allotted: 773 candidates

KEA BDS Round 3 Final Allotment 2026: Key Highlights
- A total of 1,966 candidates have been allotted BDS seats in round 3.
- The first allotment is to the candidate with All India Rank 98,125, who has been allotted Government Dental College, Victoria Hospital, Bangalore, under the GM category with a course fee of Rs 49,350.
- The last allotment in the list is for All India Rank 1,183,143.
- Seats have been allotted across BDS-Govt., BDS-Priv., BDS-MNG (management) and BDS-NRI categories.
BDS Round 3 Allotment Status
- Not Upgraded: 927 candidates
- Newly Allotted: 683 candidates
- Upgraded: 356 candidates

- Private (BDS-Priv.): 879 seats

How to Read the Allotment List
- The list shows the serial number, All India Rank, course code, name of the allotted college, course name, allotted category, course fee and allotment status.
- Upgraded means the candidate has moved to a better option than the earlier allotment.
- Not Upgraded means the candidate's earlier allotment remains unchanged.
- Newly Allotted means the candidate has received a seat for the first time in this round.
What Candidates Should Do
- Candidates should check their allotment status, course code, allotted category and course fee in the final list.
- Candidates should follow the KEA instructions for fee payment and reporting to the allotted college, and keep checking the official KEA website for further notices.
