KEAM 2026 AYUSH Second Phase Final Allotment List Released! Candidates can now check their allotted colleges and seat status for admission.
The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has published the second phase final allotment for KEAM 2026 admission to Ayurveda, Homoeo, Siddha, Unani and medical allied courses. Candidates who have received an allotment must remit the fees to the allotted college and join before 14 October 2026, 4:00 PM. The notification is dated 10 October 2026.
The final allotment covers State quota seats in government and private self-financing colleges in Kerala for the academic year 2026-27. It has been published on the CEE website, www.cee.kerala.gov.in, after addressing the valid complaints received within the stipulated time against the provisional allotment list published on 09 October 2026.

What Candidates Must Do
- Check the allotment details on the candidate’s home page and in the allotment memo. The details include name, roll number, allotted course, allotted college, category of allotment and fee details.
- Take a printout of the allotment memo from the home page.
- Download the Data Sheet from the “Data Sheet” menu on the home page.
- Produce the printout of the Data Sheet, the allotment memo and the documents listed under clause 11.7.1 before the college authorities at the time of admission.
- Remit the fees shown in the allotment memo to the allotted college itself.
- Join the allotted course and college before 14 October 2026, 4:00 PM.
Fee Concession
- Candidates allotted under SC/ST/OEC category, children of fishermen, and communities eligible for the educational concession given to OEC under G.O. (MS) 25/2005/SCSTDD dated 20.06.2005 and G.O. (MS) 10/2014/BCDD dated 23.05.2014 need not pay the tuition fee at the time of admission.
- The same applies to candidates from Sreechitra Home, Juvenile Home and Nirbhaya Home.
- However, if such candidates are allotted under Management quota seats, they must pay the fee shown in the allotment memo and are not eligible for any fee concession.
Important Points for Candidates
- Category claims of candidates allotted provisionally under interim court orders, or pending verification by KIRTADS, are subject to the final judgement of the court or the final KIRTADS verification result.
- Candidates who do not join the allotted college within the stipulated time will lose their allotment and all existing higher options in the allied stream to which the allotment belongs.
- The registration fee of candidates who do not join in time after getting an allotment, and of those who quit the seat after taking admission, will be treated as a penalty and will not be refunded.
- The schedule of the third phase of the centralised allotment will be published later.
