The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has issued a notification on the second phase allotment under KEAM 2026. It covers Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, Unani and medical allied courses for State Quota seats in the 2026-27 academic year. The notification is dated October 3, 2026 (No. CEE/434/2026-TA4). Candidates who want their higher order options considered must confirm them online. The last date is October 8, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

Allotment and admission to the Veterinary course in this phase depend on the final order of the Veterinary Council of India on extending the closing date for admission.

Online Option Confirmation Is Mandatory

  • Candidates who want their higher order options in Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, Unani and medical allied courses considered must log in to their Home page and click the "confirm" button.
  • After confirming, candidates can re-arrange their higher order options or delete unwanted courses and colleges until October 8, 2026, 5:00 PM.
  • Confirmation is mandatory for candidates who got admission in the first phase and for candidates who had no allotment in the first phase.
  • Candidates who got admission in the first round but vacate the seat after confirming their options will not be considered for further allotments.
  • Candidates who do not confirm their options after the first phase will keep the admission they received in the first phase.

Fresh Option Registration

  • Fresh options can be registered only for the BHMS course at Athurasramam NSS Homoeopathic Medical College.

KEAM 2026 Second Phase Allotment Schedule

  • October 3, 2026: Website opens for online option confirmation, re-arrangement of higher options and deletion of unwanted options
  • October 8, 2026, 5:00 PM: Option confirmation, re-arrangement and deletion end
  • October 9, 2026: Second allotment (provisional) published
  • October 10, 2026: Final allotment published
  • October 11 to 14, 2026 (till 4:00 PM): Joining the allotted colleges after paying the required fees
  • October 14, 2026 (5:00 PM): Colleges update details of admitted candidates through OAMS

After the Allotment

  • The provisional allotment will be published on the CEE website on October 9, 2026, based on the options received up to 5:00 PM on October 8.
  • Candidates who get an allotment must take a printout of the allotment memo.
  • They must pay the fee or balance fee (if applicable) shown in the memo to the allotted college and join the course.

Fee Details

  • Fee details for Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, Unani and medical allied courses in various colleges are available on the website.
  • The 2026-27 fee for self-financing Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani colleges is not yet fixed. Candidates allotted to these colleges must provisionally pay the fee fixed for 2025-26.
  • Candidates must pay the balance if the fee fixed by the Admission Supervisory Committee, the Government or the High Court for 2026-27 is higher than the 2025-26 fee.
  • Candidates allotted under SC, ST or OEC, and those with benefits under the government orders named in the notification, need not pay the fee at the time of admission.
  • Candidates from Sreechitra Home, Juvenile Home and Nirbhaya Home also need not pay the fee at the time of admission.
  • Candidates allotted Management quota seats must pay the fee shown in the allotment memo and get no fee concession.

Important Note for Candidates

  • File options only for courses and colleges you are sure to join and continue studying in.
  • Candidates who do not take admission within the stipulated time will lose the allotment.
  • Such candidates will not be considered for further centralised allotment for medical and medical allied courses.
