Kerala First Phase Provisional Allotment List for MBBS/BDS Courses Released
The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has released the first phase provisional allotment list for MBBS and BDS courses under KEAM 2026. The allotment is for the academic year 2026-27 and covers State Quota seats in Government Medical and Dental Colleges as well as seats in Private Self-Financing Medical and Dental Colleges in Kerala, excluding the NRI quota.
According to the official notification issued by the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Thiruvananthapuram, the first phase provisional allotment has been prepared based on the online options registered by candidates between 15 August 2026 and 24 August 2026 up to 11:00 AM.
Candidates who participated in the counselling process can check their provisional allotment through the official CEE Kerala website by accessing the KEAM 2026 – Candidate Portal and selecting the “Allotment List” option.
KEAM 2026 MBBS/BDS Provisional Allotment
The first phase allotment includes seats under the following categories:
- Government Medical Colleges – State Quota
- Government Dental Colleges – State Quota
- Private Self-Financing Medical Colleges
- Private Self-Financing Dental Colleges
- NRI quota is excluded from this allotment
The allotment has been prepared based on the choices/options submitted by eligible candidates during the prescribed option registration period.

How to Check KEAM 2026 First Phase Provisional Allotment?
Candidates can check their allotment status by following the steps given below:
- Visit the official CEE Kerala website.
- Open the KEAM 2026 Candidate Portal.
- Log in using the required candidate credentials.
- Select the “Allotment List” option from the menu.
- Check the first phase provisional allotment details.
- Download and save the allotment information for future reference.
Candidates Can Submit Complaints Against Provisional Allotment
CEE Kerala has also provided an opportunity for candidates to raise genuine complaints regarding the provisional allotment list. Candidates who find any discrepancy or have a valid complaint can submit it through the official email address of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
The deadline for submitting genuine complaints is 6:00 PM on 26 August 2026. Candidates are advised to clearly mention the relevant details while submitting their complaints.
After considering and addressing valid complaints, the final allotment will be published on 27 August 2026.

The KEAM 2026 counselling process is being conducted for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in medical and dental colleges across Kerala.
