Kerala MBBS/BDS Third Phase Final Allotment List 2026 Released! Candidates can now check their allotted colleges and seat allotment status.
The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has published the Kerala MBBS BDS Third Phase Allotment 2026 under KEAM-2026. The list covers State quota seats in government and private self-financing medical and dental colleges for the academic year 2026-27. Candidates can check it on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in.
CEE said the list was published after removing candidates who have joined seats under the All India Quota (AIQ) and after addressing valid complaints against the provisional allotment list published on October 8, 2026.

What the list shows
The third phase list has 6,950 allotments in total, according to our count of the PDF. It covers 59 colleges and shows each candidate’s application number, rank, category, college, course, seat type and remarks.
- MBBS: about 5,262 allotments
- BDS: about 1,688 allotments
- Previous phase allotment retained: about 5,632 candidates
- Upgraded to a higher preference: about 716 candidates
- Newly allotted in this phase: about 602 candidates
Most candidates have kept their earlier seats, while a smaller group has moved to a higher preference or received a seat for the first time.

How candidates can check the allotment
- Visit cee.kerala.gov.in.
- Log in to the candidate portal.
- The allotment details, including name, roll number, allotted course, allotted college, category of allotment and fee details, appear on the candidate’s home page.
- Download the allotment memo and the Data Sheet from the home page.
Joining instructions for allotted candidates
- Candidates must pay the fee shown in the allotment memo and join the allotted course and college between October 12 and October 14, 2026, 4:00 PM.
- Candidates who are allotted a seat afresh must pay the fee on or before the last date and join with all documents listed in the allotment memo, as per Prospectus clause 11.7.1.
- Candidates must carry a printout of the Data Sheet to the college at the time of admission.
- If the fee paid for the previous allotment is higher than the fee for this allotment, the excess amount will be refunded after the Centralized Allotment Process closes for all courses.
What happens if a candidate does not join
Candidates who do not join the allotted course or college in time will lose their allotment and all their existing higher options in that stream. Liquidated damages also apply under KEAM 2026 Prospectus clause 12.2.4(a)(ii).
Fee exemption
- Candidates allotted under the SC, ST, OEC or Fishermen categories are exempt from paying tuition fee. The same applies to candidates covered by the Government Orders named in the notification, and to candidates from Sreechitra Home, Juvenile Home and Nirbhaya Home.
- These candidates get no fee concession if they are allotted under Minority or NRI quota seats in self-financing medical or dental colleges. They must pay the fee shown in the allotment memo.
Stray vacancy allotment
CEE said any vacancies left after the third phase will be filled through the Stray Vacancy Allotment, with fresh option registration. The notification lists who is not eligible:
- Candidates who joined the seat allotted in the third phase
- Candidates who have been allotted seats in the third phase
- Candidates who exited the seat after 10:00 AM on October 7, 2026
- Candidates who are holding or have joined an All India Quota seat at the time of the stray vacancy allotment, according to data shared by the central authorities
Provisional allotments
The list carries a note that some allotments are provisional and subject to the decision of the screening committee. Category claims of candidates allotted under interim court orders or pending verification by KIRTADS are subject to the final court judgment or the final KIRTADS verification result.
