The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has announced that candidates who have applied for KEAM 2026 Medical and Medical Allied courses can now verify their application profile and rectify any defects through the KEAM 2026 Candidate Portal.

Candidates can log in using their Application Number and Password to review personal details, photo, signature, nativity, reservation claims and other application information. If any defects are found, they can be viewed under the "Memo Details" section and corrected by uploading the required documents, photograph, or signature. The correction facility will remain available until 10 August 2026, 12:00 Noon.

CEE has clarified that no further opportunity will be provided to rectify application defects after the deadline. Candidates are also advised not to send hard copies of documents or certificates to the CEE office for reservation or claim purposes.

Additionally, only candidates who qualify as Keralite are eligible for communal or special reservations and fee concessions. Those with defects related to nativity must upload valid supporting documents before the deadline to avoid losing reservation benefits.
