The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has released the provisional selection list for CAP Round 1 for BAMS, BHMS and BUMS courses under NEET (UG) 2026 admissions for the academic year 2026-27. The list was printed on 27 September 2026, the date the CET Cell had set for declaring the Group B Round 1 result.

What the List Contains

The list runs to 790 pages and covers about 27,553 candidates, arranged by NEET All India Rank (AIR). For each candidate it shows:

• Serial number and NEET AIR
• NEET Roll Number and CET form number
• Candidate name and gender
• Category and quota, such as Open, OBC, SEBC, EWS, SC, VJA, NT (B/C/D), Institute Quota, Women and Earmarking Donor/Receiver
• The allotted college code and name

Candidates who were not allotted a seat are marked "Choice Not Available". Colleges appearing in the list include RAP AC Mumbai, RSM Tilak AC Pune, AM Sion Mumbai, GAC Nagpur, GAC Nanded and GAC Jalgaon, along with several institute-quota seats at private colleges.

Joining Deadline

The list carries the following instructions for allotted candidates:

• Last date to join the allotted college: 01/10/2026 up to 5:30 PM (including holiday)
• Last date to fill the Status Retention Form at the college: 01/10/2026 up to 5:30 PM (including holiday)
• The admitting institute will verify original documents and check eligibility as per the NEET (UG) 2026 brochure.
• Candidates must submit all original documents and pay the requisite fees at the selected college within the stipulated time, or the selection stands cancelled.

As per the CET Cell's earlier schedule, fees are paid by Demand Draft (DD). Cheque payment is allowed on bank holidays, but it must be replaced by a DD on the next working day, otherwise the admission may be cancelled.

Approval Condition

The CET Cell has clarified that the provisional allotment applies only to seats approved or permitted by the concerned Council and affiliated to MUHS, Nashik. It is also subject to approval by the ARA.

What Candidates Should Do

• Check your AIR, category, quota and allotted college in the list.
• Report to the allotted college with all original documents and fees before the deadline.
• Fill the Status Retention Form at the college if you plan to retain your seat for later rounds.
• Watch www.mahacet.org for further updates and later CAP rounds.
