Important Instructions for Candidates

• Cannot re-register: Candidates who already registered and are holding a seat, or were not allotted any seat in CAP 1 & 2, cannot register again.
• Cancelled/Not Joined candidates: Must unlock their application, resubmit the form, and make fresh payment via candidate login to participate in CAP Round-3.
• Fresh preferences required: Choices filled during CAP Round-2 are treated as null and void. All candidates in CAP Round-3 must fill fresh preferences.
• AIQ Round-3 joined candidates: Will not be considered for CAP Round-3 or subsequent state counselling rounds.
• Mandatory joining: It is compulsory to join the seat allotted in CAP Round-3. Candidates allotted a seat in this round will not be considered for subsequent rounds — irrespective of whether they join or not.
• Document responsibility: Candidates are solely responsible for uploading all necessary documents within the given schedule; failure may lead to rejection of claims or cancellation of the form.
• PWD candidates: Must have claimed PWD quota at the time of NEET 2026 and submit a PWD eligibility certificate from an MCC-authorized medical board.
• EWS candidates: Must submit an EWS certificate valid for AY 2026-27, issued strictly in the Maharashtra State Government format (Central Government format not accepted).
• Reservation category candidates: Must have Caste Certificate, Caste Validity Certificate, and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (wherever applicable) ready at the time of registration.
• Caste Validity Certificate extension: For OBC/SEBC candidates, the deadline has been extended up to six months from the date of CAP registration (as per GR dated 02.07.2026). For SC/VJ/DT/NT-B/NT-C/NT-D/OBC/SBC candidates, extended up to three months from the circular date (04.09.2026). Failure to submit within the extended period will lead to cancellation of admission and applicable penalties.
• NRI candidates: Must register on the Foreign Candidate Registration Portal before 25.09.2026 for eligibility verification. NRI candidates are eligible only for 15% Institute Quota as per merit.
