The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has released a revised Maharashtra NEET PG CAP Round 1 schedule for admission to postgraduate medical courses. The revised schedule is in Notice No. 04 (NEET-PG-2026), dated October 30, 2026. It replaces the schedule published in Notice No. 01, dated October 16, 2026.

Grievances Need Supporting Documents
Candidates who want to correct their details must submit proof with their grievance. The notice says no changes will be made without supporting documents. The grievance window closes on November 1, 2026, at 12:00 noon.
Choice Filling: Check Quota-wise Fees First
The online preference form for CAP Round 1 will be open from November 2 to November 4, 2026. Candidates should check the quota-wise fees before they fill in their choices.
Joining and Fee Payment
Selected candidates must report in person to the allotted college between November 6 and November 10, 2026, up to 5:30 PM. They must carry all original documents and pay the required fees and fill in the status retention form.
- Fees can be paid by demand draft (DD), cheque or online.
- A cheque is allowed only on bank holidays and must be replaced by a DD on the next working day.
- As per the Marathi version of the notice, a candidate who does not submit the DD on the next working day may have their admission cancelled.
Schedule May Change
The schedule for later CAP rounds will be announced later. The current schedule may also change on the directions of the MCC, the Central Government, the State Government or the Hon’ble Court.

- Check the final provisional merit list and the seat matrix on November 2.
- Check the quota-wise fees and complete choice filling by 11:59 PM on November 4.
