The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has released the Combined Provisional Merit List for MBBS/BDS courses (Group A) under NEET UG 2026 counselling. Along with it, the CET Cell has published the Combined Registered Candidate List and a list of candidates rejected for not uploading and submitting documents within the scheduled time. All three lists are dated 29 September 2026.

Combined Provisional Merit List for MBBS/BDS (Group A)

The provisional merit list contains 40,830 candidates. It gives each candidate's serial number, NEET All India Rank, NEET roll number, CET Cell online form number, name, gender, category, NRI status, specified reservation, candidature type and remarks.

The list is based on the information candidates entered in the registration form and on e-verification of the uploaded documents. Some candidates are marked "Not Eligible" in the remarks column. The list also carries category-wise merit markings such as OBC-1, SC-1, NT(B)-1 and NT(D)-1, and specified reservations such as Hilly Area.

Combined Registered Candidate List

The registered candidate list includes 41,018 candidates. It carries the same details as the merit list, including candidature type and remarks. Some entries are flagged with remarks such as "Invalid Domicile, NCL Not Eligible", which means the candidate's domicile and non-creamy layer documents were found invalid.

List of Rejected Candidates

The CET Cell has also published a list of 575 candidates who were rejected for not uploading and submitting documents within the time period set in the NEET UG 2026 schedule. This list gives each candidate's NEET All India Rank, NEET roll number, CET Cell form number, name, gender, category and specified reservation, such as PWD, Hilly Area, Orphan, MKB and the defence categories D1, D2 and D3. Candidates whose names appear in it should check the official notice and contact the CET Cell for further steps.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• NRI status is subject to approval from the Appropriate Regulatory Authority (ARA).
• PWD candidates are subject to eligibility confirmation from the Medical Board.
• Admission under constitutional and specified reservations is subject to submission of documents.
• Course-wise eligibility for health science courses follows the NEET UG 2026 Information Brochure.
• Admission will take place only after original certificates are verified at the admitting college.
• The benefit of reservation is available only after the required documents are produced and successfully verified.
