Maharashtra NEET UG AYUSH Counselling CAP Round 1 Schedule Released for BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and Allied Courses

Maharashtra State CET Cell has released the NEET UG 2026 AYUSH CAP Round 1 schedule for BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and allied courses, with registration beginning September 14 and continuing until September 18, 2026.

Maharashtra NEET UG AYUSH Counselling CAP Round 1 Schedule Released for BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and Allied Courses

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has released Notice No. 13 announcing the schedule for CAP Round 1 of NEET UG 2026 counselling for admission to AYUSH and allied undergraduate courses for the academic year 2026-27.

The counselling process will cover BAMS (Ayurveda), BHMS (Homoeopathy) and BUMS (Unani) under Group B, along with BPTH, BOTH, BASLP, BP&O and BNYS under Group C.

Merit List and Choice Filling

Document verification will be conducted through online/offline mode from September 15 to September 19, 2026. Candidates are required to select the verification centre and book a slot through their login.

The Registered Candidate List and Provisional Merit List for Group B and Group C will be published on September 20, 2026. Candidates can submit grievances from September 21 to September 22, 2026, along with supporting documents wherever corrections are required.

For Group B courses, the Final Merit List and Seat Matrix will be released on September 24, 2026, followed by the online choice/preference filling process from September 24 to September 26, 2026, up to 11:59 PM. The CAP Round 1 result will be declared on September 27, 2026.

Candidates allotted seats in Group B must complete physical joining at the allotted college with original documents and requisite fees from September 28 to October 1, 2026, up to 5:30 PM.

The State CET Cell has clarified that the schedule for the subsequent CAP rounds of BAMS, BHMS and BUMS will be announced separately. The schedule for the seat matrix, final merit list, choice filling, selection list and joining process for Group C will also be issued through a separate notice.

Important Instructions for Candidates

Candidates who have already registered for Group A do not need to pay a separate fee for participating in Group B and Group C; however, they must log in and apply for the relevant session. Candidates who fail to apply for the session will not be considered for the CAP process.

NRI candidates must register on the Foreign Candidate Registration Portal before September 17, 2026 for eligibility verification. The notice further states that NRI candidates are eligible only for 15% Institute Quota seats as per merit.
