The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Government of Manipur, has released the tentative schedule for Round 2 of Manipur Medical e-Counselling 2026-27 for NEET UG qualified candidates seeking admission to MBBS, BDS and BASLP courses.

As per the notification dated September 5, 2026, candidates must participate in fresh choice filling to be considered for Round 2 seat allotment. The counselling will cover State Government Quota seats at RIMS, JNIMS, SAHS, CMC and RDC Guwahati, along with Management and NRI Quota MBBS seats at SAHS.

Manipur NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Schedule

NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates who did not register in earlier rounds are also eligible to register and participate in Round 2, subject to the prescribed eligibility conditions.

Candidates who participated in Round 1 must fill fresh seat choices, as choices submitted in previous rounds will not remain valid for Round 2. Candidates who fail to submit fresh choices within the specified timeline will not be included in the Round 2 merit list or considered for seat allotment.

The application fee ranges from ₹2,000 to ₹4,000, depending on the seat type selected, with concessions for eligible SC/ST candidates. A refundable security fee of ₹15,000 is applicable to all categories, subject to the counselling conditions.

Candidates allotted seats in Round 2 can choose Freeze, Float or Reject options. Freeze candidates must physically report to the allotted institute, while eligible Float candidates can opt for upgradation in subsequent rounds through the online process.
