MBBS Admission Open at SMIMS

Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences has officially released the notification for MBBS Admission 2026–27 and invited applications from eligible candidates for the upcoming academic session. According to the latest announcement by the institute, admissions will be conducted strictly on the basis of NEET UG 2026 scores.

The institute stated that candidates seeking admission to the MBBS course at SMIMS must qualify NEET UG 2026, as no other selection process will be considered for admission. The application process will be completely online and interested students can apply through the official website of the institute.

As per the notification, only online application forms will be accepted. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official admission portal for updates regarding counselling schedules, important notifications and the last date for submission of application forms, which will be announced according to NMC counselling dates.
