Deadlines to note: Registration closes at 12 noon on October 21, while the payment facility stays open until 3 PM that day, as per server time. A candidate who misses the deadline cannot take part in Round 1.

- Round 2 seat matrix verification by institutes is scheduled for November 6 – 7, 2026.
- Counselling is expected to continue through Round 2, Round 3 and a Stray Vacancy Round, with the final reporting deadline in late December 2026.
