Round 1 NEET UG 2025 Counselling Begins: Know the Schedule, Document Requirements, and Smart Choice Filling Strategies.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will begin Round 1 registration for NEET UG 2025 counselling from July 21, 2025, on its official website- mcc.nic.in.

This centralised counselling process will cover 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats, along with admissions to deemed and central universities, AIIMS, JIPMER, ESIC, and AFMC.

MCC Schedule for NEET UG 2025 Round 1 Counselling

Documents Required for NEET UG 2025 Counselling

Ensure you have both digital and physical copies of these documents:

NEET UG 2025 Scorecard
NEET Admit Card
Class 10 & 12 Mark Sheets
Birth Certificate
Category/Income Certificate (if applicable)
Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.)
Recent Passport-size Photographs

Step-by-Step Guide to Round 1 Counselling

Visit mcc.nic.in and click on “UG Medical Counselling.”
Register and pay the counselling fee by July 28 (12:00 PM).
Fill and lock your preferred colleges and courses between July 22-28.
MCC will process seat allotments from July 29-30.
Check your result on July 31, download the allotment letter, and follow instructions.
Report to your allotted college between August 1-6 with original documents.
Institutes will verify and update your joining status by August 8.
