New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially opened the PwD certificate portal for candidates participating in Round 3 of NEET UG 2025 counselling. The portal will remain active until 5:00 PM on October 4, 2025.

Candidates with disabilities (PwD) must obtain their PwD certificates from designated MCC-authorized disability centres as per the eligibility norms set by the National Medical Commission (NMC). This certificate is mandatory for PwD candidates to avail of reservation benefits during seat allotment.

Procedure to Obtain PwD Certificate:

1. Access the PwD portal activated by MCC for Round 3 counselling.
2. Select a designated MCC-authorized disability centre.
3. Carry all required documents, including medical reports, disability proof, and identification.
4. Get the documents verified and receive the PwD certificate from the authorised centre according to NMC guidelines.
5. Upload the certificate on the MCC portal, if required, before the deadline.

Candidates are urged to complete this process well in advance to avoid last-minute issues that may affect their participation in counselling. The MCC has clarified that only certificates issued by authorised centres will be considered valid.

This step is particularly important as Round 3 represents the final opportunity for eligible candidates to secure seats under PwD and other reservation quotas. Ensuring complete and verified documentation will help candidates avoid delays in the allotment process.
