The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has added two MBBS seats to the Special Stray Vacancy Round of UG Counselling 2026. The urgent notice (Ref. U-11011/07/2026-MEC, Notice No. 19) is dated 2 November 2026 and was issued by the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Candidates will be able to exercise choice filling for these newly added seats.

Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (HIMSR), Hamdard Nagar, New Delhi (Institute Code 200326): 1 MBBS seat under Non-Resident Indian (NRI) Quota
Stanley Medical College, Chennai (Institute Code 200279): 1 MBBS seat under OBC PwD Quota
