The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the Round 2 counselling schedule for NEET UG 2026 Medical and Dental admissions. The schedule covers counselling under the State Quota as well as All India Quota, Deemed and Central Universities.

NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Counselling: Important Dates

As per the schedule, Round 2 counselling will be conducted from 3 September to 11 September 2026. The last date for candidates to join their allotted seats is 18 September 2026.

Saturdays, Sundays and Gazetted Holidays to Be Working Days

The counselling authorities have directed all participating institutes and colleges to treat Saturdays, Sundays and Gazetted Holidays as working days during the counselling and admission process. This has been done to ensure adherence to the prescribed schedule and facilitate completion of counselling within the available timeframe.
