Meghalaya DME Issues Addendum Revising List of Documents Required
The Office of the Director of Health Services, Medical Education & Research (DME), Meghalaya, has issued an addendum revising the list of original documents that candidates must carry for the ongoing UG medical admission counselling for the academic year 2026-27.
The revised instructions were issued through Notification No. DHSMER.150/MBBS Admission/2026-27/5292 dated 31 August 2026, in partial modification of the earlier Notification No. DHSMER.150/MBBS Admission/2026-27/5286, issued on the same date.
Revised Documents Required for Meghalaya NEET UG Counselling 2026
As per the latest addendum, candidates appearing for the counselling process at the Directorate of Health Services, Medical Education & Research (DME), Pasteur Hills, Shillong, are required to bring the following documents in original:
- Age Proof Certificate
- UG-NEET 2026 Score Card
- UG-NEET 2026 Admit Card
- Domicile Certificate / Permanent Resident Certificate, if applicable
- Class 10 Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate
- Class 12 (10+2) Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate
- ST/SC Certificate, if applicable
- Aadhaar Card
Candidates should ensure that all required original documents are available at the time of counselling and document verification.
Earlier Notification Partially Modified
The latest addendum has been issued as a partial modification of the previous notification and updates the document requirements for candidates participating in the Meghalaya UG medical admission counselling process.
Candidates are advised to follow the revised document list while appearing for counselling and verification. They should also regularly check further notifications issued by the DME, Meghalaya, for updates regarding the admission process.
