Meghalaya NEET UG Re-Counselling MBBS and BDS Seat Allocation List Released

Meghalaya DME has released the eligible candidates and seat allocation list after NEET UG 2026 re-counselling for MBBS and BDS admissions. Selected candidates must report in person on September 21, 2026, from 11:30 AM onwards at the DME office in Shillong to accept their allotted seats and complete the required formalities.

Meghalaya NEET UG Re-Counselling MBBS and BDS Seat Allocation List Released

The Directorate of Health Services, Medical Education & Research (DME), Meghalaya has released the list of eligible candidates and their seat allocations following the re-counselling conducted on September 16, 2026. The notification was issued on September 17, 2026, for admission to 1st-year MBBS and BDS courses for the academic session 2026-27.

The allocation covers MBBS seats under the Central Pool and Shillong Medical College seats, along with BDS seats under the State Quota. The published list includes candidates from different categories, including Unreserved, Khasi & Jaintia, Garo and SC/OST categories, along with separate waiting lists.

Reporting and Admission Details

Selected candidates are required to report in person at the office of the Director of Health Services, Medical Education & Research (DME), Conference Room, Health Complex, Laitumkhrah, Shillong, on:

Study MBBS Abroad 2025-26, Fees 2 lakh Per Year.

  • Date: September 21, 2026
  • Time: 11:30 AM onwards
  • Purpose: Acceptance of the allotted course and execution of the Bond-cum-Agreement
  • Attendance: Candidate along with one guardian only
  • Photographs: Candidates must carry 4 passport-size photographs

Candidates who fail to report on the specified date will automatically lose their right to nomination, and the next eligible candidate will be nominated.

Meghalaya NEET UG 2026 Re-Counselling

The re-counselling allocation provides candidates with their NEET score, NEET rank and allotted institution. The list includes allotments to medical colleges in Meghalaya as well as institutions in other states under the applicable seat categories.
