Ahead of the second round of the Madhya Pradesh State AYUSH NEET-UG Counselling 2026, the remaining seat vacancy for BAMS, BHMS and BUMS courses and the list of candidates who opted for upgrade (virtual vacancy) have been released. Both lists are dated October 5, 2026. The Directorate of AYUSH, Government of Madhya Pradesh, has also issued the category and class-wise distribution of seats in private BAMS and BHMS colleges for the second round.

MP AYUSH UG 2026 Round 2: Remaining Vacancy

  • The remaining vacancy list shows a total of 1284 seats for the second round across BAMS, BHMS and BUMS courses.
  • The list covers government and private Ayurvedic, Homoeopathy and Unani colleges of the state.
  • Seats are shown category-wise: UR, ST, SC, OBC and EWS, with sub-categories such as Open (X_OP), Female (X_F), Handicapped (HC), Freedom Fighter (FF) and Special (S).
  • The total seats in each category are as follows:
    • UR: 278 seats
    • ST: 357 seats
    • SC: 207 seats
    • OBC: 289 seats
    • EWS: 153 seats
  • Government colleges listed include the Ayurved colleges at Bhopal (17 seats), Burhanpur (12), Gwalior (11), Indore (12), Jabalpur (14), Rewa (12) and Ujjain (11), the Government Homoeopathy Medical College Bhopal (36) and the Government Unani College Bhopal (27).
  • Among the private colleges, IGM Homoeopathic Medical College, Dhar has 60 seats, which is the highest number of seats for a single college in the list.

List of Candidates Who Opted for Upgrade (Virtual Vacancy)

  • The list contains 1277 candidates spread over 22 pages.
  • It is for the second round of MP State AYUSH NEET-UG Counselling 2026 (BAMS, BHMS, BUMS).
  • The list is arranged by common rank. The first candidate has common rank 19 and NEET AIR 74308, and the last candidate has common rank 6406 and NEET AIR 1186712.
  • For each candidate, the list gives the NEET roll number, common rank, NEET percentile, NEET AIR, name, domicile, eligible category, allotted institute, institute type, allotted course and allotted category.

Category and Class-Wise Seat Distribution: Private Colleges (Second Round)

The Directorate of AYUSH, Madhya Pradesh, has released the category and class-wise distribution of State Quota seats for session 2026-27 second round. The list is dated October 1, 2026.

BAMS (private Ayurvedic colleges):

  • L.N. Ayurved College and Hospital, Bhopal: 8 seats
  • Ram Krishna College of Ayurveda and Medical Sciences, Bhopal: 72 seats

BHMS (private Homoeopathy colleges):

  • K.S. Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Gwalior: 43 seats
  • Narayan Shri Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Bhopal: 60 seats
  • S.M. Deo Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Balaghat: 51 seats
  • Ram Krishna Homoeopathy College, Inayatpur Kolar Road, Bhopal: 85 seats

The distribution gives the seats in UR, SC, ST, OBC and EWS categories along with the X_OP, X_F, HC_OP, FF_OP and S_OP sub-categories. The document notes that the number of seats is subject to change.
