MP NEET UG 2025 Round 1 counselling dates for MBBS and BDS have been revised.
Bhopal: The Office of the Commissioner, Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh, has released a revised schedule for the first round of MP State Combined NEET UG Counselling 2025 for admission to MBBS and BDS courses.
According to the notification, candidates must complete the admission formalities within the given dates. The revised schedule is as follows:
Revised Schedule for Round 1 (MBBS/BDS)

| Reporting at allotted Medical/Dental College for document verification & admission | August 20 – August 28, 2025 (till 6:00 PM) | 9 Days |
| Online Resignation/Cancellation of admission at college level | August 20 – August 30, 2025 (till 5:00 PM) | 11 Days |
| Exercising option for upgradation to Round 2 (YES/NO) | August 20 – August 30, 2025 (till 11:00 PM) | 11 Days |
Important Points for Candidates
- It is mandatory for all candidates to select the upgradation option (YES/NO) at the time of admission in the allotted college.
- Candidates can edit their upgradation choice later through their login until August 30, 2025 (11:00 PM).
- Those who wish to withdraw their admission must do so online before the deadline.
