The Office of the Commissioner, Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, has issued a notice regarding fresh registration for MP State Combined Counselling NEET UG 2026-27. The notice, dated September 3, 2026, provides an opportunity for NEET UG 2026-qualified candidates who could not register during the first round of counselling.

Seat Intake Increased in Two Medical Colleges

According to the notice, the National Medical Commission (NMC), New Delhi has increased the intake capacity of seats at two medical colleges in Madhya Pradesh:

The additional seats will be reflected in the vacancy chart for Round 2 of MP NEET UG counselling.

Fresh Registration Dates

Fresh candidates who were unable to register before the first round can complete their registration from September 5 to September 6, 2026, up to 11:30 PM.

Candidates who have already registered for the counselling process do not need to register again.

Edit Facility for Registered Candidates

The registration form edit facility will also remain available from September 5 to September 6, 2026, up to 11:30 PM. Registered candidates can modify eligible details by logging into the counselling portal and using the Edit option.

However, candidates who have already been admitted through the first round of State counselling are excluded from the fresh registration/edit facility.
