The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the schedule for the medical assessment of Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates in Round 1 of PG Counselling 2026. Under the notice, the PwD portal will become active on 1 October 2026. The notice was issued by the MCC office under the Directorate General of Health Services, Government of India, on 28 September 2026 (Notice No. 1, Ref. U-12021/09/2026-MEC).
NEET PG 2026 PwD Assessment: Key Dates

Primary Medical Assessment Board
The Primary Medical Assessment Board will stay open from 1 October 2026 until 5:00 PM on 9 October 2026. PwD candidates must visit the Primary Medical Assessment Centre within this period to get their assessment done.
Appellate Medical Assessment Board
The Appellate Medical Assessment Board will conduct medical assessments from 10:00 AM on 5 October 2026 to 5:00 PM on 12 October 2026. Candidates who want to appeal for a reassessment can find the process in the PG Information Bulletin.
